We ship anywhere in South Africa and world wide.

Our aim is to get your order processed and dispatched within 1 - 5 business days depending on the delivery address.

For local shipping we have a flat rate fee of R90 for countrywide delivery. Free shipping will be applied to all orders over R800.

For international shipping we ship using Fedex and UPS. Your shipping cost will be calculated at check out. 

Different countries impose different duties and taxes on imports.  So please keep in mind that you are responsible for any local import duties/taxes into your own specific country (typically based on total invoice value, including shipping).

Your order will be shipped from our Durban warehouse in South Africa. Please refer to the shipping & returns page for more information

For local shipping your order will be shipped with one of these courier partners in our network: The Courier Guy, SkyNet, Internet Express, Fastway or RAM

For international shipping your order will be shipped with Fedex or UPS.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code so you can follow your order to it's new home

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on our products due to the hygiene factor attached to all of our towel products.

We hold our products to the highest quality standards, because you deserve the very best. If your product is less than perfect within the first 6 months of use (including rips, tears, discolouration, colour runs) then we’ll get it replaced, free of charge. This does not cover issues caused by general wear-and-tear, such as staining.

Our towels feel totally different to what you might expect from a quick dry microfiber towel.

Saltii towels are packed full of features which are simply down to how they are made. We can guarantee that they are quick-dry, super absorbent, smooth against the skin, sand-free (it brushes right off!), compact for travel and easy to care for.

All of our products are made from 100% recycled plastic water bottles. How great is that!

All of our terrific towels are sand-free, they are quick drying, super-absorbent, they won't hold on to any nasty odours and they pack down into a cute compact bundle for travel.

All of our products are now made from 100% recycled materials, woohoo!

The majority of our towels are made from 83% Polyester, 17% Polyamide.

All of the washing instructions are on the wash tag sewn into your towel.

Cold machine wash (under 30 degrees). After the first few washes it's ok to turn up the heat.

Don't mix your white clothing with a coloured towel.

Try not to use fabric softener, as over time it can reduce the absorbency of the towel. Using fabric softener will not destroy your towel the first time it is used, but over time, it can degrade the performance of your product, and we want it to last as long as possible for you!

Do not bleach, or put near fire or hot implements.

Tumble drying is ok if you need to, but air-drying is kinder to our products.

By recycling plastic which already exists, as opposed to creating new plastic to make items from synthetic materials, you do a whole load of good. Less waste in our oceans and landfills, a reduction in CO2 emissions, saving petroleum, better energy conservation and even the creation of jobs are just some of our favourites.

They are both made out of microfiber quick dry fabric, but the weight and texture is different for each. Waffle is 360gsm in weight and has a thicker waffle texture that is very luxurious and gives you more of a hotel towel type feel. The Smooth microfiber towel is 200GSM and has a silky smooth texture that is extremely light weight. Both types are 100% recycled.

You can currently pay by credit or debit card using Paystack or you can do an electronic EFT using OZOW or even via direct bank deposit.

Simply select the amount you would like to give, enter recipients email address, recipient's name and a little message and voila! It’s sent straight over to their inbox for them to use on whatever they wish.

To pay with the gift card, please enter the number in the gift card box at checkout before payment (do not confuse this with the discount code box!).

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the day of purchase.

If you have a valid discount code, please make sure that you have met the minimum requirements for it, and enter this during the checkout process.
